About our Berlin Office
The Berlin office was opened to support the continued growth of Vorys' internationally recognized eControl practice. Vorys eControl helps brands control their channels in the age of eCommerce.
The Berlin office regularly coordinates with the London office to service clients across the continent. It is located near Walter-Benjamin-Platz square in downtown Berlin.

Sarwenaz Kiani
Sarwenaz Kiani is a partner in Vorys Berlin office and member of the eControl practice group. Sarwenaz Kiani, admitted in Germany and the UK and named by Legal 500 as one of the “Key Lawyers” for EU and antitrust law, focuses her practice on antitrust issues in the EU, Germany and the UK. Her consulting practice includes, among other things, merger control proceedings, antitrust investigations, antitrust compliance of contractual arrangements and general antitrust compliance. Sarwenaz Kiani has particular experience in advising on vertical agreements such as the creation and implementation of distribution systems including the design of online sales and particularly advises clients from the luxury and consumer goods industries. Previously, Sarwenaz Kiani worked for international law firms among other in Frankfurt, London and Washington D.C.
